The refined parts of Quartz are available to export in Lumps/Grits and Powder, Used as raw material for Semi-Conductor, Fibre Optics, Glass, Artificial Marble, Epoxy, Ceramic Industries, Refractory and Paint.

Glassy Quartz

High purity quartz (A Grade - without any visual impurities) of glassy varieties are used in semiconductor & Solar Panels manufacturing industry based on its Chemical parameters & physical appearance. In semiconductor application purity of quartz is determined by its impurities level (PPM Level) of Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, Na2O, K2O & other parameters like Ec, Cl- etc.

High purity quartz (A Grade - without any visual impurities) of Semi Granular & Granular varieties are used in semiconductor industry, Glass tubes, Glass Plates, Glass Rods, Crucibles, Ingots, Solar Panels (PVC), Glass Apparatus, Fused Silica Sand Manufacturers, Optical Apparatus, UV Apparatus, Glass Rings & Glass Disc. purity of quartz is determined by its impurities level (PPM Level) of Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, Na2O, K2O & other parameters like Ec, Cl- etc. Semi Granular & Granular Quartz is used for some special purpose.

Quartz Pebbles

High purity quartz (A Grade- without any visual impurities) of glassy, semi glassy, semi granular varieties are used as grinding media in ball mill for high end applications. Colored pebbles are produced by coloring the pebbles in synthetic paints for decorative purpose. Decorative pebbles are made based on physical appearance especially milky appearance quartz is used. Pure white quartz pebbles with low chemical impurities are used as grinding media in quartz crushing ball mills for high end applications. Well rounded pure white pebbles are used for decorative purpose.

We supply all above quartz in the form of:
  • Pebbles - (any size in between 10 to 120 mm)
